Rooms
Nutley Lodge is set in large grounds, and possesses generous living areas. These include two lounges, dining room and reception hall. There is a passenger lift and stair lift to first floor rooms and well located assisted bathrooms.
Bedrooms are tastefully decorated and furnished and equipped with hand basin, call system, fire detection and central heating. Many rooms also have ensuite W.C.
The staff have been carefully selected to offer assistance where necessary with personal needs and promote a pleasant friendly atmosphere. We aim to promote a 'home from home' setting.
Appropriately trained staff are on duty at all times and supervise the administration of medication and medical appointments as required by each client's needs.
At Nutley encouragement is given to clients to pursue an active life within their individual limits. Visits by a hairdresser, chiropodist, the ministry and local groups take place on a regular basis. Clients and visitors are welcome to come and go at any time having due regard to meal times.
Fees cover all day to day needs including accommodation, food, heat, laundry, and normal care requirements within the home's competence and registration. Hairdressing, chiropody, toiletries, newspapers and other items of a personal nature are not included.
