Our fees start at £550 per week for a single room without ensuite and rise to £650 for a large premium single room with an ensuite for a client with basic to moderate care needs. There may be a higher fee requested if the client is assessed as having high care needs amounting to no more than £50 per week. The fee is therefore subject to the room and the client's care need with the latter normally determined by the manager following a pre-admission assessment. We have a variety of bedrooms with and without ensuite and are pleased to accept both funded and privately funded clients.
The owners have experienced dementia affecting their parents and feel well placed to understand its impact on clients and families as well as caring for clients with dementia since the home opened. Many of our staff and the manager have been employed for over 10 years. All staff have received training which includes dementia and many have gained their QCF grade 3.
It is very rare for us to use agency staff and we have a low turnover of staff.
We have maintained our outstanding records of a 5 STAR rating with the Food Standards Agency and our GOOD classification with CQC over many years.
