Clients are sometimes kind enough to express their comments about the services we offer at Nutley. We also issue questionaires to get feedback which enables us to monitor and improve the services we offer.

A belated but heartfelt thank you for all the care you gave mum, Lady M while she was living with you. It was hard in 2005 when we realised that dad could no longer care for mum and we had to find residential care for her. We were recommended a couple of homes that were suitable for her. As soon as we visited Nutley we knew this was the right place. There was a welcoming homely atmosphere ........ When I brought mum to you she was welcomed with warmth. It did take her a while to settle but when dad joined her for his last few months she was happy and that remained with her after he died.
The regular activities that are arranged for each day are a valuable stimulation and you managed to include mum even with her memory problems. The staff were always patient with her. She thought you were all wonderful and she was right.
As a family D, R and I were made welcome when we visited or phoned. We never felt we had made the wrong choice of home.
Mum wasn't with you when she died but your care and concern continued while she was in ......... and we were touched by that. It was very special for us that serveral of you were able to attend her funeral. .......
Thank you for all you did for mum.
